Montessori Country Day School
Our goal is to provide quality, child-centered, individualized education for children 12 months through 12 years. Through the manipulation of hands-on materials, our students develop independence, confidence, self-direction, self-discipline, a positive attitude toward school and a life-long love of learning.Children enjoy freedom of movement and choice within a low pressure, child-paced environment. This environment, designed with clear and carefully defined limits, meets the needs of a multi-aged, heterogeneous grouping of students.
For 40 years, Montessori Country Day School has provided an outstanding childhood education program for children in Berks County. Guided by the educational philosophy of Maria Montessori, the Montessori Country Day School Toddler, Preschool, and Elementary programs are based on valuing the individual talents and strengths of each child.
