Summer Camp School Forms

MCDS will, again, be offering our weekly summer camp sessions to children 12 months to 12 years of age. The first session will begin on Monday, June 18th and the last session will finish on Friday, August 24th. Our Staff will be on duty from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, providing interesting programs for your children. Enrollment is limited to a given number of spaces; you must register to guarantee placement for your child. We will accept registration on a first-come, first-serve basis without regard to race, creed, color or sex.
